This bill designates the bridge on Indian Hills Road crossing over Interstate 35 in Norman, Cleveland County, as the Toby Keith Memorial Bridge. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is tasked with placing permanent markers on the bridge to reflect this designation. Additionally, the Department will collaborate with Toby Keith's family or their representatives to design and install artwork that honors his life and career. Importantly, the bill stipulates that no state funds will be used for the artwork installation; instead, public donations or gifts will be accepted to cover the costs.

Furthermore, the bill ensures that if the designated bridge is removed and replaced by a new bridge or interchange, the new structure will retain the Toby Keith designation. The act is set to take effect on November 1, 2026.
