It mandates that all school district boards must post their regular and special meeting minutes on their respective websites within two weeks of approval. The minutes must be easily accessible within two clicks from the main page of the website. Additionally, the bill establishes that failure to comply with these posting requirements will result in an administrative and organizational deficiency during the district's accreditation review.

The bill also clarifies that while boards of education may submit an Affidavit of Board Action to the State Department of Education as proof of actions taken at meetings, they are still required to keep and post minutes in accordance with the new provisions. The effective date for this act is set for November 1, 2026.
