This bill establishes new foster care maintenance payment amounts for Resource Parents in Oklahoma, specifying daily and monthly rates based on the age of the child. For children aged zero to five years, the payment is set at $22.72 per day or $681.60 per month; for children aged six to twelve years, it is $25.42 per day or $762.60 per month; and for children aged thirteen years and older, the payment is $27.62 per day or $828.60 per month.
