This bill mandates the Oklahoma Corporation Commission to prepare and submit an annual report detailing its activities and actions related to the Southwest Power Pool. The report must include a comprehensive account of trips taken by Commission representatives, records of meetings attended, and a summary of votes on relevant matters. The report is required to cover activities from the previous calendar year and must be submitted by January 31 each year to both the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate.
