This bill amends Section 552.3 of the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act, primarily focusing on the registration fees for charitable organizations. For organizations that have not exceeded Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in contributions during the previous registration period or are registering for the first time, the fee is set at Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), with Ten Dollars ($10.00) allocated to the Attorney General's fund and Five Dollars ($5.00) to the Secretary of State's fund.

The bill also stipulates that any charitable organization that changes its name or mailing address must file a statement with the Secretary of State, along with a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), which will now be directed to the Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement Revolving Fund instead of the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury. The act is set to become effective on November 1, 2025.
