This bill allows members of the active uniform services of the United States, as well as their spouses, to serve as poll workers in any county in Oklahoma, regardless of their home of record. This new provision will be codified as Section 7-140 of Title 26 in the Oklahoma Statutes.

The bill is set to take effect on November 1, 2025, thereby expanding the pool of individuals eligible to assist in the electoral process and potentially enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of polling operations in the state.
