This bill designates the bridge over the Kiamichi River on U.S. Highway 259, located approximately one-half mile south of the State Highway 63 intersection in Le Flore County, as the PFC Lewis Othel Branscum Memorial Bridge. It mandates that the Department of Transportation install suitable permanent markers on the bridge to reflect this designation. The new legal language will be codified as Section 1698.468 of Title 69 in the Oklahoma Statutes.

The bill is set to take effect on November 1, 2025.
