10 A Concurrent Resolution relating to legislative
10 procedures; and establishing a legislative procedure
11 schedule for the 60th Oklahoma Legislature.

14 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 2ND SESSION OF
14
15 THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN:
15
16 THAT the First Regular Session of the 60th Oklahoma Legislature
16
17 shall adhere to the following procedure schedule:
17
18 1. The First Regular Session of the 60th Oklahoma Legislature
18
19 shall convene at 12:00 noon on January 7, 2025, for the purposes
19
20 only of performing the duties set forth in Section 5 of Article VI
20
21 of the Oklahoma Constitution and organizing pursuant to the
21
22 provisions of Article V of the Oklahoma Constitution, and shall
22
23 recess no later than 5:00 p.m. on that same day until February 3,
23
24 2025, beginning at 12:00 noon.

 1 2. December 6, 2024, shall be the final date for requesting the
1
2 drafting of bills and joint resolutions in the Senate and House of
2
3 Representatives for introduction for consideration during the First
3
4 Regular Session.

5 3. January 16, 2025, no later than 4:00 p.m., shall be the
5
6 deadline for introduction of bills and joint resolutions in the
6
7 Senate and House of Representatives for consideration on the floor
7
8 of the Senate or House during the First Regular Session. Bills and
8
9 joint resolutions subsequently introduced, if reported from
9
10 Committee, shall not be placed on the Calendar for consideration in
10
11 said house until the first legislative day of the Second Session.
