9 A Joint Resolution approving and disapproving
9 proposed permanent rules of the State Department of
10 Education; and directing distribution.

12 WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 250.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the
12
13 Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature reserves the right
13
14 to designate the method for rule promulgation, establish policy,
14
15 determine that a rule is not consistent with legislative intent and
15
16 approve or disapprove any rule or portion thereof at any time.
16
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
17
18 AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

19 SECTION 1. The Oklahoma State Legislature hereby approves all
19
20 proposed permanent rules of the State Department of Education filed
20
21 on or before March 1, 2024, except for the following:

2 distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor, the State

3 Department of Education, and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
