9 A Joint Resolution approving proposed permanent rules
9 of the State Department of Education; and directing
10 distribution.

13 WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 250.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the
13
14 Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature reserves the right
14
15 to designate the method for rule promulgation, establish policy,
15
16 determine that a rule is not consistent with legislative intent and
16
17 approve or disapprove any rule or portion thereof at any time.
17
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
18
19 AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
19
20 SECTION 1. The Oklahoma State Legislature hereby approves all
20
21 proposed permanent rules of the State Department of Education filed
21
22 on or before March 1, 2024.

2 distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor, the State

3 Department of Education, and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
