9 A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed
9 permanent rules of Oklahoma state agencies;
10 disapproving certain proposed permanent rules; and
10 directing distribution.

13 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
13
14 Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall have a joint
14
15 resolution prepared for consideration each session.
15
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
16
17 AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:

18 SECTION 1. All proposed permanent rules of Oklahoma state
18
19 agencies filed on or before March 1, 2024, are hereby approved,
19
20 except for:
20
21 1. Oklahoma Tax Commission, OAC 710:10-17-1, and subparagraph
21
22 (2) of paragraph (b) of OAC 710:1-5-112;
22
23 2. Oklahoma Water Resources Board, subparagraph (1) of
23
24 paragraph (g) of OAC 785:25-9-1;

10 SECTION 2. The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed

11 to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the

12 editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
