7 An Act relating to Oklahoma Broadband Office;
7 establishing the Broadband Administrative Expenses
8 Revolving Fund; establishing fund nature; authorizing
8 certain budgeting and expenditure of funds for
9 certain purpose; providing for codification; and
9 declaring an emergency.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
14
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 9211 of Title 74, unless there
15
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

17 SECTION 2. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a
17
18 revolving fund for the Oklahoma Broadband Office to be designated
18
19 the "Broadband Administrative Expenses Revolving Fund". The fund
19
20 shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,
20
21 and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Broadband
21
22 Office from appropriations and such other sources as may be provided
22
23 by law. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby
23
24 appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma

1 Broadband Office for the purpose of funding administrative costs and

2 needs that are otherwise disallowed by or not covered by federal
2
3 grant programs. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon
3
4 warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as
4
5 prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and
5
6 Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
6
7 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
7
8 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
8
9 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
9
10 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
