7 An Act relating to workers' compensation; repealing
7 85A O.S. 2021, Section 121, which relates to the
8 Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation; providing
8 an effective date; and declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. REPEALER 85A O.S. 2021, Section 121, is
13
14 hereby repealed.
14
15 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
15
16 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
16
17 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
17
18 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
18
19 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
