7 An Act relating to poor persons; defining term;
7 directing that child care subsidy rate shall align
8 with certain grant; directing that family share
8 copayment shall align with certain grant; providing
9 for codification; and providing an effective date.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
13
14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 151 of Title 56, unless there is
14
15 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
15
16 A. As used in this section, "child care subsidy" means the
16
17 child care subsidy distributed by the Department of Human Services
17
18 through the federal Child Care and Development Block Grant.
18
19 B. The child care subsidy rate shall align with the Child Care
19
20 and Development Block Grant.
20
21 C. The family share copayment shall align with the Child Care
21
22 and Development Block Grant.

 1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
