7 An Act relating to schools; repealing 70 O.S. 2021,
7 Section 1210.704, as amended by Section 20, Chapter
8 323, O.S.L. 2023 (70 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section
8 1210.704), which relates to advanced placement course
9 requirements; providing an effective date; and
9 declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. REPEALER 70 O.S. 2021, Section 1210.704, as
13
14 amended by Section 20, Chapter 323, O.S.L. 2023 (70 O.S. Supp. 2023,
14
15 Section 1210.704), is hereby repealed.
15
16 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
16
17 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
17
18 of the public peace, health, or safety, an emergency is hereby
18
19 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
19
20 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
