7 An Act relating to statutes and reports; requiring
7 re-naming of existing title of the Oklahoma Statutes;
8 designating name of existing title; directing
8 publisher to reflect modification of name in
9 electronic and other products; providing for
9 codification; providing an effective date; and
10 declaring an emergency.

15 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

16 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
16
17 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 193 of Title 75, unless there is
17
18 created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
18
19 Thomson-Reuters or West Publishing Company shall rename the
19
20 existing Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes as "Aerospace, Aircraft
20
21 and Aviation Infrastructure". The renaming shall be reflected in
21
22 all versions of the Oklahoma Statutes and Supplement Volumes or
22
23 other publications produced by Thomson-Reuters related to the
23
24 Oklahoma Statutes.

 1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

2 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
2
3 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
3
4 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
4
5 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
