7 An Act relating to courts; amending 20 O.S. 2021,

8 manager; amending 20 O.S. 2021, Section 1315.2a,
9 which relates to the accounting system for the
9 Oklahoma Court Information System.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 20 O.S. 2021, Section 1315.1, is
14
14 amended to read as follows:

15 Section 1315.1 There shall be established a Management
16
16 Information Services Division in the Office of the Administrative
17
17 Director of the Courts which shall be responsible for the
18
18 implementation and management of the Oklahoma Court Information
19
19 System. The administrative head of the Division shall be the
20
20 Project Manager who shall be selected by a committee composed of the
21
21 State Auditor and Inspector of the State of Oklahoma, the
22
22 Administrator of the Courts, and the President of the Oklahoma Court

 1 Clerks Association, subject to the approval of the Oklahoma Supreme

2 Court.

3 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 20 O.S. 2021, Section 1315.2a, is
3
4 amended to read as follows:
4
5 Section 1315.2a The Oklahoma Supreme Court shall implement an
5
6 accounting system for the Oklahoma Court Information System with the
6
7 approval of the State Auditor and Inspector. It is the intent of
7
8 the Legislature that the Oklahoma Supreme Court implement changes to
8
9 the Oklahoma Supreme Court Information System to enhance revenue
9
10 collection by at least Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
10
11 ($950,000.00) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2002.
