An Act relating to the Oklahoma Corporation
7 Commission; requiring courier application services
and restaurants have certain agreement; allowing for
8 filing of certain complaint; requiring Oklahoma
Corporation Commission follow certain protocol and
9 fee schedule; providing for codification; and
providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
15 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1076 of Title 47, unless there
16 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
17 Every courier application service, as defined in Section 1071 of
18 Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall have an agreement with a
19 restaurant in order to transport for delivery. If no agreement is
20 in place, the restaurant may file a complaint with the Consumer
21 Services Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The
22 Commission shall follow the current protocol and fine schedule for
23 violations of this section.

1 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
