7 An Act relating to the Oklahoma Center for the
7 Advancement of Science and Technology; making an
8 appropriation; providing an effective date; and
8 declaring an emergency.

12 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

13 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Oklahoma Center
13
14 for the Advancement of Science and Technology from any monies not
14
15 otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State
15
16 Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, the sum of One
16
17 Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be
17
18 necessary to implement the provisions of the Research and
18
19 Development Attraction Program as provided in Section 5003.10g of
19
20 Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

21 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
21
22 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
22
23 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
23

 1 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and

2 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
