6 An Act relating to the District Attorneys Council;
6 making appropriations; stating purposes; and
7 declaring an emergency.

9 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

10 SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the District
10
11 Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
11
12 the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
12
13 ending June 30, 2023, the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty
13
14 Thousand Dollars ($1,450,000.00) or so much there of as may be
14
15 necessary to implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No.
15
16 2236 of the 1st Session of the 59th Legislature.

17 SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated to the District
17
18 Attorneys Council from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
18
19 the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
19
20 ending June 30, 2025, the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand
20
21 Dollars ($2,500,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
21
22 implement the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No. 2236 of the 1st
22
23 Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature.

 1 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation

2 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
2
3 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
3
4 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
