7 A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed

10 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma

11 Statutes, the Legislature shall have joint resolutions prepared for

12 consideration each session.

13 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF
