7 An Act relating to state government; amending 74 O.S.
2021, Section 250.4, which relates to the salaries of
8 statewide elected officers; increasing salaries to
certain amounts for certain officers; making
9 increases applicable to terms beginning after certain
date; and providing an effective date.

13 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
14 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 250.4, is
15 amended to read as follows:
16 Section 250.4 Pursuant to provisions of the Constitution of the
17 State of Oklahoma from and after the beginning date of a term of
18 office which commences in, or after, January 2016 2024, the
19 following officers of the State of Oklahoma shall be annually
20 compensated for their services, payable monthly, as follows:
21 1. The Governor shall receive a salary of One Hundred Forty-
22 seven Thousand Dollars ($147,000.00) One Hundred Ninety-nine
23 Thousand Dollars ($199,000.00);

1 2. The Lieutenant Governor shall receive a salary of One
2 Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
3 ($114,713.00) One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00);
4 3. The Attorney General shall receive a salary of One Hundred
5 Thirty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($132,825.00)
6 One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00);
7 4. The State Superintendent of Public Instruction shall receive
8 a salary of One Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-
9 three Dollars ($124,373.00) One Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Dollars
10 ($169,000.00);
11 5. Each member of the Corporation Commission shall receive a
12 salary of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen
13 Dollars ($114,713.00) One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
14 ($155,000.00);
15 6. The State Treasurer shall receive a salary of One Hundred
16 Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($114,713.00) One
17 Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00);
18 7. The State Auditor and Inspector shall receive a salary of
19 One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
20 ($114,713.00) One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00);
21 8. The State Insurance Commissioner shall receive a salary of
22 One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars
23 ($114,713.00) One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00);

1 9. The Commissioner of Labor shall receive a salary of One
2 Hundred Five Thousand Fifty-three Dollars ($105,053.00) One Hundred
3 Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($155,000.00).
4 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective January 1, 2024.
