7 An Act relating to certificates of need; repealing 63
O.S. 2021, Sections 1-850, 1-851, 1-851.1, 1-851.2,
8 1-851.3, 1-852, 1-852.1, 1-853, 1-853.1, 1-854.1, 1-
857, 1-857.1, 1-857.2, 1-857.6, 1-858, 1-859, and 1-
9 859.1, which relate to certificates of need for long-
term care facilities; repealing 63 O.S. 2021,
10 Sections 1-880.1, 1-880.2, 1-880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5,
1-880.6, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 98, O.S.L.
11 2022, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9, 1-880.10, 1-880.11,
and 1-880.12, (63 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 1-880.6),
12 which relate to certificates of need for psychiatric
and chemical dependency facilities; and providing an
13 effective date.

16 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
17 SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-850, 1-851,
18 1-851.1, 1-851.2, 1-851.3, 1-852, 1-852.1, 1-853, 1-853.1, 1-854.1,
19 1-857, 1-857.1, 1-857.2, 1-857.6, 1-858, 1-859 and 1-859.1, are
20 hereby repealed.
21 SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-
22 880.2, 1-880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, as amended by Section 1,
23 Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9, 1-880.10, 1-

1 880.11, and 1-880.12, (63 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 1-880.6), are
2 hereby repealed.
3 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
