7 An Act relating to counties; repealing 19 O.S. 2021,
7 Sections 863.1, 863.2, and 863.3, which relate to
8 cooperative planning commissions; and declaring an
8 emergency.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12 SECTION 1. REPEALER 19 O.S. 2021, Sections 863.1,
12
13 863.2, and 863.3, are hereby repealed.

14 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
14
15 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
15
16 declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
16
17 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
