The House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio has adopted a resolution honoring Josiah Montgomery for his outstanding achievement as the 2025 Division I State Champion in the shot put. A senior at Reynoldsburg High School, Montgomery demonstrated exceptional talent and sportsmanship, culminating in a remarkable throw of 63 feet, 6.75 inches at the state meet.
