The House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio has adopted a resolution honoring Lila Bendick for her remarkable achievement as the 2025 Division I State Champion in the long jump. A senior at Olentangy Liberty High School, Lila showcased her exceptional talent and dedication by winning the championship with a leap of 18 feet, 3.5 inches at the Division I State Meet. Her commitment to excellence in track and field, along with her sportsmanship, has made her a standout athlete and a source of pride for her family, teammates, coaches, school, and community.
