It also outlines the responsibilities of township trustees and municipal corporations in appropriating funds for Memorial Day observances. If certain posts are unable to participate, the appropriations can be redirected to other civic or patriotic organizations willing to undertake the commemoration. The existing section 307.66 of the Revised Code is repealed to accommodate these changes.
