The House of Representatives of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio has adopted a resolution honoring the Norwalk High School cheer team for their outstanding achievement in securing first place in the Division 3 game day non-building small category at the 2025 Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators State Cheer Championships. The team, under the guidance of their coaches, showcased their talent by also earning first place in the building high school category at the OHSCCA Best in the State Championships and being the runner-up in the Division 3 building category at the state level.

The resolution commends the cheer team for their dedication, self-discipline, and leadership, which have contributed to their success and made their families and coaches proud. It acknowledges the maturity and experience gained through their participation in competitive cheerleading, which will serve them well in future challenges. The House of Representatives expresses its respect for the team and recognizes them as exemplary young citizens of Ohio, directing the Clerk to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Norwalk High School cheer team.
