for his generosity, talents, and seemingly inexhaustible energy; and 13
WHEREAS, Dave Hobson’s regard for improving the quality of life in 14
our society was clearly evident in his personal sacrifices of time and 15
effort to family, friends, and community. Giving generously of his 16
energy and abilities in all of his endeavors, he displayed exceptional 17
concern and insight, and his absence will be keenly felt; and 18

to his three children, Susan, Lynn, and Doug, and a doting grandfather 20
to his eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Dave Hobson 21
always used his talents to the benefit of others, and the warmth and 22
understanding he readily extended to those around him will stand as a 23
testament to his personal character. Although the void which his death 24
has created can never be filled, the legacy of care and commitment he 25
established will surely live on; therefore be it 26
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 27
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay 28
tribute to the memory of a truly honorable man, David Hobson; and be 29
