                       A RESOLUTION
               Honoring Valley Missionary Baptist Church
                          on its Centennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th    1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Valley Missionary    2
Baptist Church on its One Hundredth Anniversary, celebrated               3
November 10, 2024; and                                                    4
     WHEREAS, Since its inception, Valley Missionary Baptist Church has   5
offered its members the pathway to a more meaningful life by              6
illuminating and demonstrating the precepts on which the Baptist          7
Church was founded. The spirit of love and Christian fellowship that      8
exists within the church also extends beyond those sacred walls to        9
touch the lives of everyone encountered by these devout disciples; and    10
     WHEREAS, Under the capable leadership of its pastors, both past      11
and present, Valley Missionary Baptist Church has experienced             12
continual growth and has provided a source of moral guidance and          13
spiritual motivation for its congregation. Over the years, the church     14
has enhanced the quality of life within the Niles area, and through       15
its generous efforts, it has earned the gratitude and respect of the      16
many citizens it has so capably served; and                               17
     WHEREAS, An occasion such as this is an important milestone that     18
represents dedication and commitment. For a century, the members of       19
Valley Missionary Baptist Church have kept their faith alive in the       20
community, and on this special anniversary, they have accepted the        21
challenge of carrying their beliefs into the future; therefore be it      22
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of    23
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,          24
commend Valley Missionary Baptist Church on its One Hundredth             25

As Offered
Anniversary and pay tribute to all those joining in the celebration of     26
this joyous event; and be it further                                       27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     28
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Valley Missionary          29
Baptist Church.                                                            30
