                          A RESOLUTION
             Honoring Aida S. Montano on her retirement from the
                Legislative Service Commission.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly             1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Aida S. Montano on retiring from              2
the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, December 31, 2024; and                   3
     WHEREAS, Aida Montano is a truly remarkable individual, for she              4
has combined civic concern and diligence with selfless initiative to              5
become a dynamic leader in her field. Over the span of her                        6
forty-nine-year career at the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, she            7
has served as a research analyst and provided support to many                     8
legislative committees, and she has performed her duties and fulfilled            9
her responsibilities with the utmost efficiency and competence; and               10
     WHEREAS, Throughout her tenure with the Ohio Legislative Service             11
Commission, Aida Montano has given generously of her time, energy, and            12
abilities to assist the General Assembly, and she has demonstrated a              13
noteworthy dedication to the success of state government. Indeed, she             14
has provided a valuable service by helping to maintain the efficiency             15
and effectiveness of the legislative process, and she is deserving of             16
high praise; and                                                                  17
     WHEREAS, We are proud to note that it is through the unsurpassed             18
efforts and deep commitment of conscientious people such as Aida                  19
Montano that the State of Ohio continues to prosper. Without question,            20

she has striven to serve her fellow citizens to the best of her            21
ability, and we applaud her on her fine work; therefore be it              22
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General     23
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Aida S. Montano     24
on the occasion of her retirement and wish her all the best in the         25
years to come; and be it further                                           26
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                27
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Aida S. Montano.                  28
