                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring Jade Fink as a 2024 FCCLA National Champion.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Jade Fink on winning the baking      2
and pastry championship at the 2024 Family, Career, and Community        3
Leaders of America national competition; and                             4
     WHEREAS, A 2024 graduate of Berkshire High School and the Auburn    5
Career Center, Jade Fink has striven to develop her capabilities, and    6
consequently, she won first place in the baking and pastry category at   7
this year’s Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America state and   8
national competitions. An intelligent and motivated individual, she      9
has amply demonstrated her ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm    10
and confidence and has displayed an exceptional willingness to work      11
hard to produce superior results. Through her remarkable efforts, she    12
has set an example worthy of emulation, and she is certainly deserving   13
of high praise; and                                                      14
     WHEREAS, With self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve, Jade      15
Fink has striven to increase her knowledge and skills. Through her       16
decisive leadership, she has distinguished herself as a conscientious    17
and responsible young woman, and we are certain that she will continue   18
to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which she    19
has become known; and                                                    20
     WHEREAS, Jade Fink’s accomplishments are a justifiable source of    21
pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also on her        22
family, her advisors, her schools, and her community. She has            23
exhibited a sincere desire to do her best in all of her endeavors so     24
that she might fulfill her goals in the future, and this, coupled with   25
her maturity and initiative, shows her potential to become one of        26
tomorrow’s leaders; therefore be it                                      27

As Introduced
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General     28
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Jade Fink for       29
outstanding achievement and salute her as one of Ohio’s finest young       30
citizens; and be it further                                                31
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                32
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Jade Fink.                        33
