A RESOLUTION
Honoring Adam C. Miller
for his exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Adam C. Miller for 2
his outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of 3
Representatives; and 4
WHEREAS, Adam Miller is deserving of high praise for his dedicated 5
service to the 6th House District. An able steward to the State of 6
Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through his 7
endeavors as a public school teacher, coach, administrator, and board 8
member, an attorney, a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps of 9
the U.S. Army Reserve, where he has attained the rank of Colonel, and 10
a member of such organizations as the Ohio State Bar Association and 11

its Education Law Committee, the Ohio School Boards Association, the 12
National Council of State Legislators Military and Veterans Affairs 13
Task Force, the Hilltop Kiwanis Club, and First Community Church. 14
Indeed, he is a staunch supporter of the well-being of his 15
constituency and has sponsored into law various bills in wide-ranging 16
areas of interest; and 17
WHEREAS, Adam Miller is an effectual ambassador for communities 18
throughout western Franklin County, and he has combined civic concern 19
and commitment with selfless initiative to become a dynamic leader. In 20
addition, he has been active with the Armed Services and Veterans 21
Affairs, Aviation and Aerospace, Finance, and Homeland Security 22
committees, the Finance Subcommittee on Public Safety, and the 23
Correctional Institution Inspection Committee, and his sincerity and 24
integrity have distinguished him as a conscientious and hard-working 25
Ohioan; and 26
WHEREAS, Adam Miller has been characterized by his ambition and 27
expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of those with whom 28
he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens he has so capably 29
represented. As he reflects on his career with the Ohio House of 30
Representatives, he has the satisfaction of knowing that he has 31
established a record of personal and professional excellence that will 32
stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; therefore 33
be it 34
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 35
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 36
commend Adam C. Miller as an esteemed Ohio Representative and extend 37
best wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; and be 38
it further 39
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 40
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Adam C. Miller. 41
