A RESOLUTION
Honoring Dick Stein
for his exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Dick Stein for his 2
outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives; 3
and 4
WHEREAS, Dick Stein is deserving of high praise for his dedicated 5
service to the 54th House District. An able steward to the State of 6
Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through his 7
endeavors as a longtime Norwalk resident and a local business owner. 8
Indeed, he is a staunch supporter of the well-being of his 9
constituency and has sponsored into law various bills in wide-ranging 10
areas of interest; and 11

WHEREAS, Dick Stein is an effectual ambassador for communities 12
throughout most of Lorain County and parts of Huron and Erie counties, 13
and he has combined civic concern and commitment with selfless 14
initiative to become a dynamic leader. In addition, he has been active 15
with the Aviation and Aerospace, Energy and Natural Resources, 16
Infrastructure, and Public Utilities committees, and his sincerity and 17
integrity have distinguished him as a conscientious and hard-working 18
Ohioan; and 19
WHEREAS, Dick Stein has been characterized by his ambition and 20
expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of those with whom 21
he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens he has so capably 22
represented. As he reflects on his career with the Ohio House of 23
Representatives, he has the satisfaction of knowing that he has 24
established a record of personal and professional excellence that will 25
stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; therefore 26
be it 27
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 28
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 29
commend Dick Stein as an esteemed Ohio Representative and extend best 30
wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; and be it 31
further 32
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 33
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Dick Stein. 34
