A RESOLUTION
Honoring Richard Dell’Aquila
for his exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Richard Dell'Aquila 2
for his outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of 3
Representatives; and 4
WHEREAS, Richard Dell’Aquila is deserving of high praise for his 5
dedicated service to the 15th House District. An able steward to the 6
State of Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through 7
his endeavors as an attorney, a small business owner, and the mayor, 8
safety director, and city council member for Seven Hills. Indeed, he 9
is a staunch supporter of the well-being of his constituency and has 10
sponsored into law various bills in wide-ranging areas of interest; 11

WHEREAS, Richard Dell’Aquila is an effectual ambassador for 13
communities in south central Cuyahoga County, and he has combined 14
civic concern and commitment with selfless initiative to become a 15
dynamic leader. In addition, he has been active with the Aviation and 16
Aerospace, Commerce and Labor, Economic and Workforce Development, 17
Financial Institutions, and Ways and Means committees, and his 18
sincerity and integrity have distinguished him as a conscientious and 19
hard-working Ohioan; and 20
WHEREAS, Richard Dell’Aquila has been characterized by his 21
ambition and expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of 22
those with whom he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens 23
he has so capably represented. As he reflects on his career with the 24
Ohio House of Representatives, he has the satisfaction of knowing that 25
he has established a record of personal and professional excellence 26
that will stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; 27
therefore be it 28
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 29
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 30
commend Richard Dell’Aquila as an esteemed Ohio Representative and 31
extend best wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; 32
and be it further 33
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 34
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Richard Dell’Aquila. 35
