                       A RESOLUTION
        Honoring the Indian Hill High School boys soccer team
         on winning the 2024 Division III State Championship.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize the Indian Hill High   2
School boys soccer team as the 2024 Division III State Champion; and     3
     WHEREAS, The members of the Indian Hill High School boys soccer     4
team are exemplary athletes, and they have shown themselves to be        5
truly exceptional competitors. The Braves defeated a tough Twinsburg     6
team to win the 2024 Division III State Championship, and the            7
unwavering commitment of the players and coaches has earned them the     8
esteem of many. They are certainly deserving of high praise; and         9
     WHEREAS, Coaches Bryan Daniel, Susan Blackson, Logan Neff, and      10
Terri Konte have demonstrated remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and         11
dedication in guiding the Indian Hill High School boys soccer team to    12
victory, and their skill is reflected in the squad’s outstanding         13
accomplishments. Due largely to their tireless efforts, the members      14
have distinguished themselves on the field, and they have received       15
respect and admiration from all who know them; and                       16
     WHEREAS, In an educational system that seeks to teach the future    17
leaders of our state and nation the fundamentals of self-reliance and    18
the rewards of individual and group effort, athletic competition has     19
become a valuable tool. By taking part in sports, the members of the     20
Indian Hill High School boys soccer team have gained discipline and      21
perseverance that will help them in all aspects of their lives;          22
therefore be it                                                          23
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of   24
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, pay     25

tribute to the Indian Hill High School boys soccer team as the 2024        26
Division III State Champion and honor all those who contributed to the     27
success of this fine squad; and be it further                              28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     29
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Indian Hill High       30
School boys soccer team.                                                   31
