A RESOLUTION
Honoring Scott Wiggam
for his exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Scott Wiggam for his 2
outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives; 3
and 4
WHEREAS, Scott Wiggam is deserving of high praise for his 5
dedicated service to the 77th House District. An able steward to the 6
State of Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through 7
his endeavors as a three-term commissioner for Wayne County and a 8
local business owner. Indeed, he is a staunch supporter of the well- 9
being of his constituency and has sponsored into law various bills in 10
wide-ranging areas of interest; and 11

WHEREAS, Scott Wiggam is an effectual ambassador for communities 12
throughout Wayne County, and he has combined civic concern and 13
commitment with selfless initiative to become a dynamic leader. In 14
addition, he has been active with the Agriculture, Public Utilities, 15
State and Local Government, and Ways and Means committees, and his 16
sincerity and integrity have distinguished him as a conscientious and 17
hard-working Ohioan; and 18
WHEREAS, Scott Wiggam has been characterized by his ambition and 19
expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of those with whom 20
he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens he has so capably 21
represented. As he reflects on his career with the Ohio House of 22
Representatives, he has the satisfaction of knowing that he has 23
established a record of personal and professional excellence that will 24
stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; therefore 25
be it 26
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 27
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 28
commend Scott Wiggam as an esteemed Ohio Representative and extend 29
best wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; and be 30
it further 31
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 32
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Scott Wiggam. 33
