A RESOLUTION
Honoring Susan Manchester
for her exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Susan Manchester for 2
her outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of 3
Representatives; and 4
WHEREAS, Susan Manchester is deserving of high praise for her 5
dedicated service to the 78th House District. An able steward to the 6
State of Ohio, she brought a wealth of experience to her post through 7
her endeavors as a member of the staff of Congressman Jim Jordan and 8
an employee of a non-profit organization. Indeed, she is a staunch 9
supporter of the well-being of her constituency and has sponsored into 10
law various bills in wide-ranging areas of interest; and 11

WHEREAS, Susan Manchester is an effectual ambassador for 12
communities throughout Allen County and northern Auglaize County, and 13
she has combined civic concern and commitment with selfless initiative 14
to become a dynamic leader. In addition, she has been active with such 15
committees as Agriculture, Behavioral Health, Commerce and Labor, 16
Families and Aging, and Health Provider Services, and her sincerity 17
and integrity have distinguished her as a conscientious and hard- 18
working Ohioan; and 19
WHEREAS, Susan Manchester has been characterized by her ambition 20
and expertise, and she has earned not only the respect of those with 21
whom she has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens she has so 22
capably represented. As she reflects on her career with the Ohio House 23
of Representatives, she has the satisfaction of knowing that she has 24
established a record of personal and professional excellence that will 25
stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; therefore 26
be it 27
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 28
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 29
commend Susan Manchester as an esteemed Ohio Representative and extend 30
best wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; and be 31
it further 32
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 33
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Susan Manchester. 34
