A RESOLUTION
Honoring Jodi Whitted
for her exemplary service to the Ohio House of Representatives.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to recognize Jodi Whitted for her 2
outstanding tenure as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives; 3
and 4
WHEREAS, Jodi Whitted is deserving of high praise for her 5
dedicated service to the 28th House District. An able steward to the 6
State of Ohio, she brought a wealth of experience to her post through 7
her endeavors as a social worker and assistant professor at the 8
University of Cincinnati as well as through her support of the Madeira 9
Equity Collective and the Madeira City Council Inclusion Committee. 10
Indeed, she is a staunch supporter of the well-being of her 11

constituency and has sponsored into law various bills in wide-ranging 12
areas of interest; and 13
WHEREAS, Jodi Whitted is an effectual ambassador for communities 14
throughout portions of Hamilton County, and she has combined civic 15
concern and commitment with selfless initiative to become a dynamic 16
leader. In addition, she has been active with the Insurance, Primary 17
and Secondary Education, and Transportation committees, and her 18
sincerity and integrity have distinguished her as a conscientious and 19
hard-working Ohioan; and 20
WHEREAS, Jodi Whitted has been characterized by her ambition and 21
expertise, and she has earned not only the respect of those with whom 22
she has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens she has so 23
capably represented. As she reflects on her career with the Ohio House 24
of Representatives, she has the satisfaction of knowing that she has 25
established a record of personal and professional excellence that will 26
stand as a hallmark for others in public service to emulate; therefore 27
be it 28
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 29
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 30
commend Jodi Whitted as an esteemed Ohio Representative and extend 31
best wishes for happiness and fulfillment in the years to come; and be 32
it further 33
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 34
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Jodi Whitted. 35
