                       A RESOLUTION
                         Honoring Ariel Burger
            as a 2024 USA Roller Sports National Champion.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to    2
Ariel Burger on winning a 2024 USA Roller Sports National                3
Championship; and                                                        4
     WHEREAS, Ariel Burger is deserving of this prestigious honor, a     5
tribute to the remarkable athletic gifts and indomitable spirit that     6
she has so amply displayed as a roller skater. A tenacious competitor,   7
she can always be counted on to execute even the most complicated        8
routine with precision and skill, and understandably, the talent,        9
agility, and stamina that she has exhibited have earned her many         10
admirers; and                                                            11
     WHEREAS, Ariel Burger has conscientiously applied herself to the    12
quest for excellence as an athlete, training and practicing diligently   13
over the past nine years in order to ensure peak conditioning. Time      14
and again, she has risen to the occasion, maintaining her morale,        15
composure, and good sportsmanship, and she has gained the respect of     16
even her most determined rivals. Clearly, her enthusiastic involvement   17
in competitive roller skating has enabled her to learn much about        18
dedication, self-discipline, and leadership, and in the process, her     19
exceptional prowess has made her family and her friends very proud;      20
and                                                                      21
     WHEREAS, Roller skating is an event which requires exceptional      22
grace, balance, and natural ability, and Ariel Burger is to be           23
commended for her commitment to this demanding activity. In her          24
journey to attain her goals and to secure her second national title,     25
she has consistently demonstrated the talent, devotion, and integrity    26

that are the hallmarks of a true champion, and she is deserving of            27
high praise; therefore be it                                                  28
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of        29
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,              30
applaud Ariel Burger for outstanding athletic achievement and salute          31
her as one of Ohio’s finest young citizens; and be it further                 32
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit        33
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Ariel Burger.                 34
