                       A RESOLUTION
                        Honoring EMC Precision
                   on its One Hundredth Anniversary.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th    1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to EMC Precision      2
on the celebration of its Centennial and the ribbon cutting for its       3
expansion, October 22, 2024; and                                          4
     WHEREAS, Over the years, the management and staff of EMC Precision   5
have consistently demonstrated exemplary professionalism and              6
expertise, as well as an unwavering commitment to maintaining the         7
highest industry standards. The tremendous effort and initiative          8
displayed by the employees have been instrumental in the success of       9
the venture, and the dedication of these fine individuals is reflected    10
in the company’s growth; and                                              11
     WHEREAS, It is not surprising that EMC Precision has achieved        12
renown, for since it was founded in 1925, it has striven to provide       13
clients with unparalleled precision machined products and assemblies.     14
In addition, its completed expansion project reaffirms its investment     15
in Elyria and the surrounding communities, and the overall progress of    16
the endeavor truly exemplifies the American entrepreneurial spirit and    17
sets the benchmark to which other such enterprises can aspire; and        18
     WHEREAS, Ohio’s economic well-being depends on innovative business   19
leaders to provide goods and services to the citizens of our state. We    20
are proud to note that it is through the diligence of individuals such    21
as all those associated with EMC Precision, who are willing to invest     22
in the future of their community, that the State of Ohio remains a        23
pleasant place in which to live and work; therefore be it                 24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of     25

the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,           26
applaud EMC Precision on its outstanding service to Lorain County over     27
the past century and salute it as a fine Ohio operation; and be it         28
further                                                                    29
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     30
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to EMC Precision.             31
