                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring National Machinery, LLC on its Sesquicentennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly     1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate National Machinery, LLC, on the       2
auspicious occasion of its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary,              3
celebrated September 17-19, 2024; and                                     4
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting      5
tribute to National Machinery, for throughout the past one hundred        6
fifty years, this fine venture has attained a remarkable record of        7
service to its industry. Founded in Cleveland in 1874 by William R.       8
Anderson and relocating to Tiffin eight years later, the company began    9
by creating machinery to make nuts and bolts, and today it has become     10
a global leader in cold and warm forming equipment for a variety of       11
markets. It is truly worthy of acknowledgement; and                       12
     WHEREAS, The success of National Machinery is a justifiable source   13
of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself    14
but also on its astute management and on its hard-working employees.      15
Due to their tremendous vision and initiative, they have helped this      16
respected enterprise earn the gratitude and appreciation of many          17
satisfied customers, and they are deserving of high praise; and           18
     WHEREAS, Over the past century and a half, National Machinery has    19
enhanced the quality of life in our society. We are certain that as       20
this notable establishment maintains its unfaltering dedication to        21
service and achievement, it will continue to grow and prosper and will    22
uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark;       23
therefore be it                                                           24
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General    25
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend National           26

As Introduced
Machinery, LLC, on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary and extend            27
best wishes for the future; and be it further                                 28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                   29
authenticated copy of this Resolution to National Machinery, LLC.             30
