                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring EMC Precision on its Centennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate EMC Precision on the auspicious      2
occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary and the ribbon cutting for     3
its expansion, celebrated October 22, 2024; and                          4
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting     5
tribute to EMC Precision, for throughout the past one hundred years,     6
this fine venture has attained a remarkable record of service to its     7
industry. Founded in 1925, this family-operated company manufactures     8
precision machined products and assemblies in both metal and plastic,    9
and it has recently completed an expansion to its facilities. It is      10
truly worthy of acknowledgement; and                                     11
     WHEREAS, The success of EMC Precision is a justifiable source of    12
pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself      13
but also on its astute management and on its hard-working employees.     14
Due to their tremendous vision and initiative, they have helped this     15
respected enterprise earn the gratitude and appreciation of many         16
satisfied customers, and they are deserving of high praise; and          17
     WHEREAS, Over the past century, EMC Precision has enhanced the      18
quality of life in our society. We are certain that as this notable      19
establishment maintains its unfaltering dedication to service and        20
achievement, it will continue to grow and prosper and will uphold the    21
tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be    22

     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General   24
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend EMC Precision     25
on its One Hundredth Anniversary and completed expansion and extend      26

best wishes for the future; and be it further                          27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly            28
authenticated copy of this Resolution to EMC Precision.                29
