A RESOLUTION
Honoring Macy Hudson on being crowned
the 2024 Miss Ohio USA.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Macy Hudson as 2
the 2024 Miss Ohio USA; and 3
WHEREAS, An intelligent, poised, and motivated young woman, Macy 4
Hudson has developed her knowledge and skills and has striven to meet 5
challenges with enthusiasm and confidence. A graduate of Stivers 6
School for the Arts and Kent State University, an account executive at 7
Jovani, and the founder of 5:18 4LIFE, she has displayed an 8
exceptional willingness to work hard to attain superior results, and 9
for her unfaltering devotion to excellence, she has been selected as 10
the 2024 Miss Ohio USA; and 11
WHEREAS, Macy Hudson has derived extra energy from her many 12
activities and accomplishments, and her integrity and steadfast 13
determination are truly admirable. Indeed, her amiable style will 14
carry her far beyond this event and will be of great value to her in 15
the years to come; and 16
WHEREAS, The achievements of Macy Hudson are a justifiable source 17
of pride not only for her family and friends but also for the entire 18
Dayton community. With maturity and initiative, she has shown her 19
potential to become one of tomorrow’s leaders; therefore be it 20
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 21
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 22
commend Macy Hudson on her recent accolade and extend best wishes for 23
continued happiness and fulfillment; and be it further 24
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 25
