                       A RESOLUTION
                        Honoring Lydia Kaverman
       as a 2024 National 4-H Dairy Conference representative.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th    1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to     2
Lydia Kaverman on being named a 2024 National 4-H Dairy Conference        3
representative by the Ohio 4-H Foundation; and                            4
     WHEREAS, Lydia Kaverman is deserving of high praise, for             5
throughout her involvement in 4-H, she has demonstrated exemplary         6
perseverance, initiative, and ability, and consequently, she was          7
selected to represent Ohio at this year’s National 4-H Dairy              8
Conference. She can be justifiably proud of her accomplishments, as       9
they reflect the extra effort she has devoted to her 4-H endeavors as     10
well as her willingness to strive to produce superior results; and        11
     WHEREAS, An intelligent and motivated individual, Lydia Kaverman     12
has amply proven her ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and       13
confidence. Through her remarkable efforts, she has set an example        14
worthy of emulation, and we are certain that she will continue to         15
display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which she has    16
become known; and                                                         17
     WHEREAS, 4-H plays a valuable role in the total education of young   18
people, for it is through such worthwhile programs that the value of      19
hard work is taught and an opportunity is afforded to develop good        20
leadership skills. Indeed, the maturity, self-confidence, and             21
knowledge Lydia Kaverman has gained through her participation in 4-H      22
will no doubt be of great benefit to her throughout her lifetime, and     23
we applaud her on her outstanding success; therefore be it                24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of     25

As Offered
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,           26
commend Lydia Kaverman on her recent accolade and salute her as one of     27
Ohio’s finest young citizens; and be it further                            28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     29
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Lydia Kaverman.            30
