                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring Rotex Global, LLC on its One Hundred Eightieth
              Anniversary.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Rotex Global, LLC, on the            2
auspicious occasion of its One Hundred Eightieth Anniversary; and        3
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting     4
tribute to Rotex Global, for throughout the past one hundred eighty      5
years, this fine business has attained a remarkable record of service    6
to the Cincinnati area and has grown exponentially to serve a vast       7
international market. Established by Isaac Straub as the Straub Mill     8
Company in 1844, the company was later renamed to Rotex, and today it    9
is a global leader of industrial separations, sifting, and seed and      10
grain cleaning innovations; and                                          11
     WHEREAS, The success of Rotex Global is a justifiable source of     12
pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself      13
but also on its astute management, on its hard-working employees, and    14
on the Greater Cincinnati community. This respected enterprise has       15
earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers due    16
to the vision and initiative of its staff, and it is truly deserving     17
of high praise; and                                                      18
     WHEREAS, Without a doubt, Rotex Global has contributed to the       19
advancement of thriving industries, including plastic compounding and    20
agribusiness. Indeed, we are certain that as this worthy establishment   21
maintains its unwavering dedication to service and achievement, it       22
will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence     23
that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it                         24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General    25

As Introduced
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Rotex Global,       26
LLC, on its One Hundred Eightieth Anniversary and extend best wishes       27
for the future; and be it further                                          28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                29
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Rotex Global, LLC.                30
