                          A RESOLUTION
             Honoring Michael A. Rulli for his exemplary service to the
                Ohio Senate.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly             1
of Ohio are pleased to recognize Michael A. Rulli for his outstanding             2
tenure as a member of the Ohio Senate; and                                        3
     WHEREAS, Michael Rulli is deserving of high praise for his                   4
dedicated service to the 33rd Senate District. An able steward to the             5
State of Ohio, he brought a wealth of experience to his post through              6
his previous endeavors as the director of operations for Rulli Bros.              7
Markets and president of the Leetonia Exempted Village School District            8
Board of Education, and he has served as chair of the General                     9
Government Committee, vice chair of the Workforce and Higher Education            10
Committee, and a member of the Small Business and Economic Opportunity            11
and Transportation committees. Indeed, he is a staunch supporter of               12
the well-being of his constituency and has sponsored into law various             13
bills in wide-ranging areas of interest; and                                      14
     WHEREAS, Michael Rulli is an effectual ambassador for communities            15
throughout Columbiana and Mahoning counties, and he has combined civic            16
concern and commitment with selfless initiative to become a dynamic               17
leader. His sincerity and integrity have distinguished him as a                   18
conscientious and hard-working Ohioan; and                                        19
    WHEREAS, Michael Rulli has been characterized by his ambition and             20

expertise, and he has earned not only the respect of those with whom       21
he has worked but also the gratitude of the citizens he has so capably     22
represented. As he reflects on his career with the Ohio Senate, he has     23
the satisfaction of knowing that he has established a record of            24
personal and professional excellence that will stand as a hallmark for     25
others in public service to emulate; therefore be it                       26
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General     27
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Michael A.          28
Rulli as an esteemed Ohio Senator and extend best wishes for happiness     29
and fulfillment in the years to come; and be it further                    30
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                31
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Michael A. Rulli.                 32
