                       A RESOLUTION
                  Honoring the Barberton Kiwanis Club
                   on its One Hundredth Anniversary.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th      1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend the Barberton Kiwanis       2
Club on the auspicious occasion of its Centennial, celebrated October       3
18, 2024; and                                                               4
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting        5
tribute to the Barberton Kiwanis Club, for throughout the last              6
century, it has achieved a remarkable record of service to the area.        7
Since its inception, the club has been involved in many significant         8
endeavors for the benefit of young people and communities, and its          9
accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding        10
reflection not only on the organization itself but also on its              11
dedicated members; and                                                      12
     WHEREAS, Over the years, the Barberton Kiwanis Club has enhanced       13
the quality of life within the surrounding area, and through its            14
generous contributions, it has earned the respect and gratitude of the      15
many citizens it has so capably served. We are certain that as this         16
exemplary organization maintains its unfaltering dedication to              17
service, it will continue in the tradition of excellence that has been      18
the hallmark of Kiwanis International since its establishment; and          19
     WHEREAS, We are proud to note that it is through the unceasing         20
efforts of organizations such as the Barberton Kiwanis Club that Ohio       21
has gained a reputation as a state that is responsive to the needs of       22
its citizens and has remained a pleasant place in which to live and         23
work. This fine club is truly worthy of acknowledgement; therefore be       24

As Offered
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of     26
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,           27
congratulate the Barberton Kiwanis Club on its One Hundredth               28
Anniversary and offer best wishes for the future; and be it further        29
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     30
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Barberton Kiwanis      31
