A RESOLUTION
Honoring Brayden Snider
as the 2024 Division II State Champion in the girls pole vault.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Brayden Snider on 2
winning the 2024 Division II State Championship in the girls pole 3
vault; and 4
WHEREAS, A junior member of the John Glenn High School track and 5
field team, Brayden Snider is deserving of praise for her remarkable 6
athletic gifts and indomitable spirit. At this year’s Division II 7
State Meet, she put her talent on display by clearing 12 feet in the 8
pole vault to win the title, and understandably, the strength, 9
stamina, and skill that she has exhibited has earned her many 10
admirers; and 11
WHEREAS, Throughout the season, Brayden Snider could always be 12
counted on to shine, and by maintaining her morale, composure, and 13
good sportsmanship, she has gained the respect of even her most 14
determined rivals. Indeed, her involvement in sports has enabled her 15
to learn much about dedication, self-discipline, and leadership, and 16
in the process, her exceptional prowess has made all those who have 17
supported her very proud; and 18
WHEREAS, We are pleased to pay tribute to Brayden Snider on her 19
stalwart accomplishment. The maturity and experience she has 20
accumulated through her participation in track and field will greatly 21
aid her in meeting future challenges, and her unwavering commitment to 22
excellence has established a notable legacy at John Glenn High School; 23
therefore be it 24
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 25

As Offered
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 26
commend Brayden Snider on her state championship in the pole vault and 27
look with optimism for her continued success; and be it further 28
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 29
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Brayden Snider. 30
