A BILL
To enact section 5534.848 of the Revised Code to 1
designate U.S. 24 in Paulding County as the 2
"Paulding County Purple Heart Memorial Highway." 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5534.848 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows: 5
Sec. 5534.848. In addition to any other name prescribed in 6
the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and 7
southwestbound lanes of United States route number twenty-four 8
in Paulding county shall be known as the "Paulding County Purple 9
Heart Memorial Highway." 10
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name. 12
